Wild 2017 vintage

Hello Internet. This is the Cyder maker speaking. If you've not recently sampled our 2017 Wild Ferment, I strongly suggest you do.

It's drinking very well. So well in fact I am about to edit our entry into the Red Hill Cider Show so it gets a run.

500 ml Wild 2017, 500ml x 6

Wild fermentation techniques used where the available yeast takes over (after some fine-tuning) rather than using cultured yeast. Complexity abounds, a lovely cyder for any occasion, albeit unpredictable. Still, the judges like it, with another Bronze medal at the 2018 Cider awards, despite its relatively young age. It has matured since losing some of the craziness of youth, and settling down to a lovely, but still funky style.
