To be part of the iconic dining experience at Muse Restaurant is a real honor. Chef Troy is passionate about showcasing Hunter Valley produce, and describes the venues culinary approach as: technique, restraint and respect. We can relate to that! and the countless hours that go into producing our annual vintage, by hand shows, in the end product.
