This cider is made using the tail end of our 9 Vats. This is a complex yet vibrant addtion to the range and will be made this way from now on. There is a tiny amout of residual suger is present, yet it is still classed as dry. This cider seems to be approachable by many who find our other ciders a little too austere. Slightly lower alcohol at 8.7%. Even with its early showing in the Australian Cider Awards, we were awared a Bronze Medal, and then followed up with a Silver at Red Hill in 2019.
