Huntsman 2018 - 6 pax

Huntsman has been the backbone of our cider range for over 8 years now. I grew from our very popular X series which were some of our initial experiments in artisan cider making. 
 
Since we first bottled them in 2019, this Huntsman 2018 vintage has picked up 4 major wards here in Australia. This makes Huntsman 2018 our most consistant vintage yet: Bronze Cider Australia Awards 2019, Silver Tasmanian Cider Awards 2020, Bronze Red Hill Cider Awards 2020 & Bronze at the last (Covid delayed) Cider Australia Awards 2021. 
 
Bottled in what is now considered our 'classic' bottle shape you can pick up this 6 pax at this special packaged price. 
 
Whats it like? Well....it is a completely unexpected cider, with a touch of Oak, which is more wine-like in its complexity. The oak is a subtle, background attribute, but it adds mouthfeel and interest. It is like a traditional English cider, which is dry, not sweet at all. Because of this, your palate does not tire with 3 or 4 drinks (one of the reasons dry wine is so popular).
